Privacy
Plain version: what you log is yours. We do not sell it, we do not advertise at you, and there are no trackers on this site.
What we collect
- The email you give us — so we can send your weekly report and let you back in. There is no password.
- Your age, if you choose to enter it — it changes what we tell you about normal. Optional.
- The six things you tap each night — sleep, mood, hot flashes, energy, brain fog, and your weight if you enter it.
- Anything you type — the optional note on a night, and the questions you ask.
- A reminder subscription, only if you turn reminders on — a push endpoint from your browser, so we can nudge you at 9pm.
- Which ad brought you here, if you arrived from one — a campaign tag on the link, not anything about you.
Where it lives
Your logs are stored in a Cloudflare database. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. If you turn reminders on, your email is sent through Resend. Those three are the only companies that touch your data, and only to run the product.
What we never do
- No ads in the product, ever. That is the thing you already hate about the app you pay for.
- No selling, renting, or sharing your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- No third-party analytics or tracking pixels on this site.
- No reading your logs to sell you something.
Deleting everything
Email hello@lumaforwomen.com and say delete my account. We remove your email, your logs, your questions and your reminder subscription, and we tell you when it is done. You do not have to explain why.
Not medical care
Luma explains what you log and gives you plain-language information. It is not a doctor, it does not diagnose anything, and it is not a substitute for care. If something feels like an emergency, call 911. Do not use Luma to decide whether to seek treatment.
Who can use it
Luma is for adults. It is not built for, and not directed at, anyone under 18.
If we change this
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will email the address on your account before it takes effect.
