Plain version: Luma is a logging and explanation tool, not a doctor. It costs $49.99 a year after a free week, and you can leave any time.

What Luma is

A nightly check-in and a plain-language explanation of the pattern in your own logs. It also writes a summary you can take to a clinician. It is a tool for understanding what you already feel, nothing more.

What Luma is not

• Not medical care. Luma does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything, and nothing it says is medical advice.
• Not a substitute for a doctor. It is built to help you talk to one, not to replace one.
• Not a monitoring service. Nobody is watching your logs. If you log something alarming, no one will see it.
• If this is an emergency, call 911 or go to an emergency room. Do not wait for an app, and do not use Luma to decide whether to seek care.

What it costs

Seven days free, and we do not ask for a card to start. After that it is $49.99 a year, billed once, through Stripe. No monthly plan, no ads, no upsells, no countdown timers. If you do nothing at the end of the free week, nothing is charged and the free access simply ends.

Leaving

Cancel in two taps from the Report screen, or email hello@lumaforwomen.com. Nothing else is charged after you cancel. You keep access until the end of the year you already paid for, and you keep everything you logged. We do not make you sit through a retention maze, and we do not delete your history to punish you for leaving.

Your account

An email address, and no password. That means anyone with access to your email can reach your Luma account, so keep your email itself secure. You are responsible for what happens under your email address. You must be 18 or older to use Luma.

Using it fairly

Do not use Luma to break the law, to attack the service, or to resell it as your own. We may suspend an account that does. We may also change or end the product; if we end it while you are paid up, we will refund the unused part of your year.

What we are responsible for

We work to keep Luma running and accurate, but it is provided as is, and we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or free of error. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

If these change in a way that matters, we will email the address on your account before the change takes effect.
